Legacy Token Migration

Legacy Crab Tokens from CryptantCrab Legacy will be migrated to CryptantCrab Prime and redistributed as Crab Tokens.

The Legacy version of CryptantCrab did not use the ERC-20 standard for Crab Tokens - but records of this token balance are kept on the Ethereum Blockchain in Smart Contract storage. The Crab DAO will be using this publicly available information to calculate and distribute Crab Tokens to eligible players who migrate to CryptantCrab Prime.

The number of Crab Tokens distributed to legacy players who migrate to CryptantCrab Prime will be adjusted to be proportionate to the total supply and economy of the Crab Token on CryptantCrab Prime.

All wallets with prior Crab Token holdings on the Ethereum Mainnet will be entitled to claim this proportionate amount of $CRAB on Arbitrum One based on the quantity associated with their wallet address from CryptantCrab Legacy. This will require a transaction on the Ethereum Mainnet to initiate the migration of the legacy Crab Tokens and a second transaction on Arbitrum One to claim the entitled $CRAB.
